Everyone’s physical health and movement ability allow them to access the world, pursue passions, create lasting movements with family, or provide for those most important to them. Personalized therapy is about respecting those individualized motives and creating the environment for people to live more full lives." -James Silva PT, DPT, OCS

Healing and growth is complex, but worth the effort to help ourselves, our families, and our community at large.” - Elizabeth Silva, PT, DPT

  • The Silva’s have three young, energetic children. They value their time together as a family as well as with their friends in the community. They enjoy going for hikes and walks, attending church and community events, and working together on home-improvement projects. Elizabeth and James generally spend much of their time chasing after their three young children on foot, bikes, and other wheeled devices. In their free moments, James and Elizabeth fit in their own workouts. They deeply understand the value of keeping their bodies healthy to take care of their loved ones, and pursue interests. They are passionate about helping others do the same.
