From Our Clients

  • "I was in a horrible car accident 3 1/2 years ago. I’ve been in pain ever since then. Dr. Silva has been incredible. I’m moving again for the first time in years and my pain is so much less. Live new wellness has helped me so much and I’m so grateful! I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for pain, relief or strengthening, etc. Thank you again Dr. Silva!"

  • "I started working with Dr. Silva when I was struggling with shin pain while running, and he was able to help me recover while still running. Since then, I've been working with him on running performance, and he's coached me through my first ultramarathon and my first 5k PR in almost two years. I highly recommend his services to any runner, as he emphasizes not only training for performance but training to avoid injury."

  • "As a fitness enthusiast, Dr. Silva is the one I go to. My job (military) is extremely physical in nature. I have a full medical system at my disposal but if I have any questions he is the person I go to. My training typically consists of anywhere from 30-100 miles per week to include rucking and lifting 2-4 times a week. He is the only PT I have been to that was not shocked by the amount of training volume I was doing. He understood the strain my body was going through and has the experience to understand what could be causing any issues you might be having. He has the knowledge, I could spend hours talking with him about training and best practices. I would suggest him to anyone at any level, whether that be just starting running or trying to compete. Truly a great person to work with."
