Assess

We complete a comprehensive evaluation to assess your concerns, limitations, movement patterns, and physical performance.  We will explain what is going on with your body and develop an action plan to help you achieve your goals.

Address

We address pressing concerns, initiating treatment to reduce pain, and improve function and performance. We implement our action plan and refine it as you experience success.


Achieve

We don’t stop with symptom resolution. We provide advanced treatments and programming to achieve long-term success. Patients continue services to improve lifelong wellness, sports performance, and pursue goals that become newly attainable.

Physical Therapy

Have you had a recent or past injury that is causing problems? Do you feel limited by movement deficits, due to limited strength, balance, flexibility, or coordination? Do you have pain that interferes with your life routines and activities? We can help! We are experts on the body and ways to make it feel and move better.

Running Assessment

Start your running journey with us. In one hour, we will discuss your training history and running goals, observe your running and movement patterns and techniques, and synthesize information to kickstart or amplify your training success.

Running Programming

Are you training for a race or working toward a particular running goal? Could you benefit from a detailed plan on how to do that? We can develop weekly running programs that will guide your daily runs, working toward your goals. Weekly contact will help us mold programming as you progress.
