Our thorough, individualized, and research-based running analysis program will equip you with knowledge of your body and your potential. We will give you the power to realize your goals. We synthesize information from an interview, running observation, and movement assessment to inform our feedback and recommendations. After an Initial Running Assessment, we offer Return Assessments, Running Programming, and Private Physical Therapy sessions as a continuation of our care and participation in your journey. Running Programming and Physical Therapy can also be offered as stand-alone services.
